FIGHTING FOR OUR MEMBERS, ALWAYS.

Another week, another arbitration win for the CFPBA. Once again, the City of Fort Pierce gets put in its place, this time for unilaterally changing how it paid overtime payments just days before a hurricane (and failing to negotiate over it). Congratulations to Greg Forhan, a general counsel on quite a roll of late. Also congratulations to the many officers and sergeants in Fort Pierce who will be made whole financially as a result of this ruling.

Congratulations to wrongfully-terminated Sgt. Brian MacNaught of the Ft. Pierce Police Department, who won his job back today at arbitration. Special recognition to CFPBA General Counsel Greg Forhan and Staff Representative Al Boettjer for putting together a solid case and getting Sgt. MacNaught put back to work.
